Plecto vs Spinify FAQ

Answer: no! Plecto is intended to be an accessible platform, easy to use for all regardless of their level of data expertise.

But to ensure the best experience possible for our users, we provide onboarding, three free hours of Expert Service consultation, a free resource library, and a dedicated CSM for every customer. All of these benefits apply to all customers, regardless of the plan they use. So if you’re not technical, never fear.

No! Unlike Spinify, which allows only one data source on all but its Premium plan, you can import as many data sources as you like in Plecto on all plans. Because Plecto charges by tracked users and not data sources, you are free to integrate with as many systems as you like.

Plecto’s pricing is pretty straightforward: we charge by the number of tracked users, not by the number of data sources. Our Medium and Large plans both have 10 user licenses included in their base prices. For every extra user, you’ll pay an additional fee.

Spinify’s gamification features include points, badges, and levels, as well as automatic notifications and effects such as personalized songs and videos. Plecto offers similar features, including contests, instant notifications, achievement badges, the Reward Store, and Spinning Wheel.

  • Contests: Choose from three leaderboard themes (Race in Space, Jungle Race, and Mountain Climb) to bring some fun to the office while encouraging lighthearted competition!
  • Instant notifications: Crank the celebration up a notch with these notifications. Use them to display a personalized video, award virtual coins, or even play sounds and flash lights!
  • Achievement badges: These show up as icons next to employee names who hit set goals. You can award these for accomplishments such as “highest monthly CSAT” or “biggest sale of quarter.”
  • Reward Store: Give your employees the chance to win real-life prizes by redeeming virtual coins in the Reward Store. A bottle of wine? Dinner for two? A trip to the movies? All of these—and more—can be found in the Reward Store.
