Answer: yes! Plecto is designed to be as easy to use as possible. But we also provide onboarding, 3 free hours of Expert Service consultation, a free resource library, and a dedicated CSM for every customer to help make setup as easy as possible. All of these benefits apply to all customers, regardless of the plan they use. So if you’re not technical, never fear.

No, unlike with Databox, you can import as many data sources as you like in Plecto without incurring further charges. Plecto charges by tracked users and not data sources, so you are free to integrate with as many systems as you like.

Plecto’s pricing is pretty straightforward: we charge by the number of tracked users, not by the number of data sources. Our Medium and Large plans both have 10 user licenses included in their base prices. For every extra user, you’ll pay an additional fee.
