You are:

- Very skilled in Python and Django/Flask/Similar
- Interested in one or more of these technologies: AWS, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis, Apache Storm, Hadoop

About the position:

Plecto is seeking an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department. The candidate we are looking for is an ambitious student who enjoys working in a young and entrepreneurial environment, where the expectations are high but the distance from idea to execution is about as short as it gets.

You are able to understand your segment and engage them by delivering meaningful content at different stages. Furthermore, you have an analytical mindset with an ability to think creatively and identify new approaches to tasks and campaigns. During your internship, you will be able to put your own mark on the position, for example, by contributing with your own ideas.

Responsibilities:

* Identify trends across segments and conduct market research
* Develop cross-channel content for paid, owned, and earned media
* Assist with customer relationship research
* Develop and maintain our presence on social media

Qualifications & Requirements:

* You are pursuing a relevant university degree within marketing, communication or a related field
* Strong business acumen and knowledge of or experience within marketing, e.g. from a former student job, freelance work, your own start-up, or in any other way
* Excellent English written communication skills
* Strong analytical mindset with a great ability to communicate your results and findings
* Demonstrated capacity for developing and delivering content marketing is a plus; so is prior experience with general copywriting
