Founded in 2017 by former Deloitte consultants Joakim Steenfos and Kasper Bjerggaard, Radiant is a B2B growth consultancy firm with special expertise in sales and HubSpot. “Before implementing Plecto, we faced a set of classic sales-related challenges,” Joakim says.
Back in 2019, the Radiant team maintained its business overview by using various CRM systems and Excel spreadsheets. Needless to say, this setup required a lot of manual labor just to keep track of basic performance and sales figures—especially as Radiant was building, implementing, and running sales processes for numerous clients at the same time.
“Sales is a tough and often binary profession,” Joakim says. “There’s lots of ‘no’ before the occasional ‘yes,’ and we needed a way to see and feel progress in real time.
“We struggled to create transparency around how the business was actually performing —across the company, within departments, and at the individual salesperson level,” he adds. “We lacked a real-time visual overview that could make performance visible and understandable for everyone, from the sales floor to the leadership team.

The Solution
Because Plecto already integrates seamlessly with HubSpot, Plecto setup was “straightforward and easy,” Joakim says. And since that time, Plecto has only continued to deliver value for Radiant's busy sales team.
“The dashboards help our salespeople understand what they need to do, when, and how," Joakim says. "They also make success easier to articulate and celebrate, both on a daily and weekly basis.”
Radiant uses Plecto notifications, which appear whenever a meeting is booked or revenue is generated. Joakim further praises Plecto’s automated reporting capabilities that instantly deliver results to Radiant’s management and board.

The Results
