The feature BewerberBoost uses most is definitely the dashboards, which help them visualize progress toward their targets within a given timeframe. The dashboards track everything - calls, appointments, revenue, and more.
"Having access to numbers, data, and facts at any time is the biggest advantage for us," David says. “As a company and as individual employees, we can instantly see where we stand today and for the month.”
Overall, David points out that Plecto helps the company save around 20 hours per week on reporting and data gathering, which adds up to over 1000 hours a year. This, in turn, allows them to focus on higher-priority tasks, like recruiting top talent and driving business forward.
Moreover, it supports them in making management decisions that are not always easy. "We use this data to make decisions–who has performed well, who hasn’t, who we need to talk to again, and sometimes even who we might have to part ways with," David says.
Always in the Green Zone
Implementing Plecto has been a game-changer for keeping productivity consistently high and even driving it further over time.
"I would say productivity has definitely increased, because everyone knows they have to justify their results either to the team or the management if they don't hit their numbers," David says.
Their dashboards use a simple color system to reflect each employee’s performance. Green means excellent, yellow indicates average, and red signals poor results. This makes performance visible at a glance and encourages self-monitoring.
"People ask themselves, was I productive today or not? Where do I stand? Am I red, yellow, or green in terms of calls or revenue, daily and monthly? (...) It really motivates the team. They tease each other a bit, push each other to improve, and strive to turn their metrics green. Especially for new team members, this creates a fun sense of competition."

BewerberBoost uses Plecto’s notification feature to celebrate every closed deal. When someone closes a deal, a loud horn sound goes off, and their name and revenue appear on the big screen.
At the same time, Plecto's achievement feature highlights any badges the person has earned, making successes visible and motivating the whole team. The horn sound alone is enough to make everyone stop and cheer for a moment.
"If someone has a really good day, makes lots of calls, closes a deal, and then sees the badges and their name on the big screen, it’s a great feeling. It motivates everyone to push for those moments," David says.
