Lead to Deal Conversion Rate
Percentage of leads that are converting into clients during the last period.
What is Lead to Deal Conversion Rate?
This KPI shows you the conversion rate of the leads that are turning into deals so that you have an overview of your sales team’s performance. If the conversion rate is high, it means that you are getting qualified leads that are most interested in your product. If it’s low, however, it is probably because you are attracting consumers from outside of your target groups - so you might want to reconsider your marketing strategy to attract better quality leads.
A high conversion rate is always a positive sign. Nevertheless, don’t settle for that, because you still have to win those deals in order to turn them into actual clients.
You can also set this KPI so that it will show the conversion percentage each employee is getting. This is usually helpful to see if an employee is in need of more resources or training, and also to celebrate their personal and group achievements!
