Zisson
Step 1: Get your Zisson credentials
To integrate Zisson with Plecto, you need to provide the following:
-
Server domain
-
Latest JWT
-
Token's Time to Live
Here's how to get your Zisson credentials for Plecto:
👉 Server domain
This is your server domain in Zisson. For example: https://app2.zisson.no, https://app2.zisson.com. You can find it in the URL field of your browser when logged in to Zisson.
👉 Latest JWT (JSON Web Token) & Token's Time to Live
Create a JSON Web Token in your Zisson Admin panel to use in Plecto.
-
Go to Admin > API keys > click + Add.
-
Give your token a name (for example, Plecto).
-
Add the token's Time to live in minutes. We recommend you to add anything between 60 and 1440 minutes (1 hour - 1 day). The token will expire once its lifetime runs out, but we will make sure to refresh it.
-
Leave the Renew refresh token unchecked.
-
Switch to the Features tab on the left. There, you'll have to select the access permissions for the token.
-
Find and enable the following:
-
143 External API - ExternalConversation (Written Media),
-
157 External API - queue status (Give access to external API asking for queue status),
-
178 External API - Entities (Give access to external api for Entities),
-
186 Ing-feature-name-186.
-
-
To finish, click Save at the top.
The integration expects the JWT to be provided in the following structure: {"id": "...", "customerGuid": "...", "refreshToken": "..."}
Leave the tab open so you can copy-paste the credentials into Plecto in Step 2.
Step 2: Connect your Zisson account with Plecto
-
In Plecto, go to Data sources > New data source > Zisson.
-
(Optional) Rename your credentials.
-
Choose your server domain and insert the Latest JWT and Token's Time to Live.
-
Click Next.
-
Select the data types you want to import.
-
Configure your data source settings. Here, you can change the title, choose the default date, select which fields to import, and more.
-
Click Next to choose how much data to import and how long you want to keep it in the data source.
-
Click Import to finish.
