Step 1: Get your Trustpilot credentials

To connect your Trustpilot account with Plecto, you need to provide an API token, your Secret, and Trustpilot Identifier.
The Identifier is presented as the company name, for example: trustpilot.com
Here's Trustpilot's guide on how to use their APIs. Follow the instructions, then move on to Step 2 in this article.
Step 2: Connect Trustpilot with Plecto

In Plecto, go to Data sources > New data source > Trustpilot.

(Optional) Rename your credentials.

Insert your API token, Secret, and Identifier and click Next.

Select the data you want to import.

Configure your data source settings. Here, you can change the title, choose the default date, select which fields to import, and more.

Click Next to choose how much data to import and how long you want to keep it in the data source.

Click Import to finish.
Our integration with Trustpilot doesn't import employee names, so all registrations in your data sources will be linked to one user – Trustpilot.
