Tripletex

Step 1: Generate an employee token in Tripletex

  1. Open Tripletex, then go to Company > Employees > Select an admin employee > API access > New token.

  2. Make sure the Adapted setup is checked.

  3. Select All entitlements.

  4. In the Application name field, write PlectoApS.

  5. Give the token a name such as Plecto.

  6. Click Create token.

  7. Copy the key – you will have to use it when creating a Tripletex data source in Plecto.

  8. Move on to Step 2.

What is an Employee Token? Tripletex admins can create employee tokens in the user settings under the API access tab. Read more about Tripletex API or follow their guide on how to create an employee token (in Norwegian).

Step 2: Integrate Tripletex with Plecto

  1. In Plecto, go to Data sourcesNew data source > Tripletex.

  2. (Optional) Rename your credentials.

  3. Insert your Employee Token, then click Next.

  4. Select the data you want to import.

  5. Configure your data source settings. Here, you can change the title, choose the default date, select which fields to import, and more.

  6. Click Next to choose how much data to import and how long you want to keep it in the data source.

  7. Click Import to finish.
