JustCall

Step 1: Get your API key and Secret from JustCall

To integrate JustCall with Plecto, you need to provide your JustCall API key and Secret.

  1. In JustCall, go to your profile > Settings > Developers. From there, you should be able to copy your API key and Secret. For more information, read JustCall's docs on Authentication.

  2. Copy your credentials and move to Step 2.

Step 2: Integrate JustCall with Plecto

  1. Go to Data sources > New data source > JustCall.

  2. (Optional) Rename your credentials.

  3. Insert the API key and Secret you copied from JustCall.

  4. Click Next.

  5. Select the data you want to import.

  6. Configure your data source settings. Here, you can change the title, choose the default date, select which fields to import, and more. Click Next.

  7. Choose how much data to import and how long you want to keep it in the data source.

    Note! You can import up to 3 months of historic data due to JustCall's API. If you want to import data older than 3 months, contact JustCall's support at help@justcall.io.

  8. Click Import to finish.
