Are you having issues with your formulas? Find the troubleshooting tips below and see if they can help!

My data doesn't match

  • Double-check your formula filters

If you are using any filters in the formulas, make sure they refer to the correct fields in the data source. Filtering is case sensitive, which means that the filters must be spelled exactly the same as they appear in the data source.

  • Does your dashboard have a team filter?

Your formula looks correct in the preview, but once you add it to a dashboard, it's showing different data. Open the dashboard settings and see if there's a team filter added. If so, the dashboard will only show data for the selected team(s).

  • Check the default date in your data source settings

Open your data source settings and see what is the default date field used in formulas. For example, Created date or Updated date. You might have to add a update the date field in your formula if you want to use another date field than the default date.

Open your Data function component, then choose a different Date field.
