Spin the Wheel: Using Reward Store Prizes

Spin the Wheel connect to Reward Store

Spin the Wheel is a notification action. Set up via Notifications → add action → Spin the Wheel.

When Use reward store prizes is enabled, wheel prizes pull directly from your Reward Store instead of manual text entries.

Requirements: Reward Store feature must be enabled on your organization.

How to connect:

1. In Spin the Wheel form, check Use reward store prizes

2. Select at least 2 prizes from dropdown

3. Each selected prize shows current stock status

Stock behavior:

• Out-of-stock prizes are automatically excluded when wheel spins

• Win chances recalculate based on in-stock prizes only

• If you use custom win chances, actual chances shown in Effective win chances box (only appears when out-of-stock prizes are selected)

Stock statuses shown per prize:

• Unlimited no quantity limit set

• X left remaining stock count

• Out of stock excluded from spin

Custom win chances (optional):

Enable Custom win chances to assign percentage weights to each prize. All prizes must total exactly 100%. When combined with Reward Store prizes, out-of-stock items are excluded and remaining weights are recalculated proportionally.

Tips:

• Click Manage reward store link to open Reward Store in new tab

• Click Refresh to reload stock levels without leaving form

• Minimum 2 prizes required to save
