How to Add Technical and Legal Contacts

Technical and legal contacts

To add technical or legal contacts to your organization, go to the Settings page in Plecto.

• Technical contacts will receive emails about technical matters (integration performance, technical issues, data imports, etc.).

• Legal contacts will receive emails related to payments, billing, or legal matters (for example, a failed payment).

If no technical or legal contacts are added, Plecto will send these emails to all Global Admins.
