Formulas tell Plecto what data to calculate. For example, you've imported all your calls in Plecto - now what? Now you can create a formula that counts how many calls there are in your data source (or add filters to specify only answered or missed calls).
🔥 All formulas in Plecto are universal and can be used across all Plecto features.
You can use the same formula to see your sales of today, for the current month, by team, employees, and more.
Formulas and Widgets

Formulas are conceptual – they answer the question "what to do?" Plecto formulas are not restricted to any time periods.
