How to Schedule a Quiz Session

Once your quiz is ready, you can schedule a session. A quiz session is simply a time frame during which participants need to complete the quiz. Here’s everything you need to know:

Key features of quiz sessions

• You can schedule multiple sessions for the same quiz.

  • For example, if you’ve created an Onboarding Quiz, you can schedule different sessions each month – or whenever you hold onboarding events.

• Future sessions: Participants will receive an email invitation as soon as the session opens.

• Immediate sessions: If you schedule a session to start now, participants will receive their invitation email immediately.

Tracking and using quiz results

All quiz results are automatically saved in a data source. This allows you to:

• Create dashboards to visualize quiz performance.

• Set up achievements and notifications for participant milestones.

• For admins to access results for quizzes, sessions, and individual participants all in one place.

How to schedule a quiz session

1. Navigate to Quizzes.

2. Find your quiz, then click on the three dots in the Actions column.

3. Click New session and fill out the following info:

   1. Session title (for example, Q1 Onboarding)

   2. Participants

   3. Start and End dates

   4. Reviewer(s) (You will only see this field if your quiz has open-ended questions)

   5. Set reminder (optional)

4. Click Save to create/schedule your quiz session. All participants will receive an email with a link to complete the quiz.
