To ensure a smooth onboarding process that leaves more time for us to focus on training you in using our platform, we recommend that you have:

  • Connected your external systems or created your manual setup in Plecto before the first meeting.
  • Have a computer ready and ensure a quiet environment for the meeting
  • Joined the online meeting room using the link provided in the onboarding invitation email. The online meetings are held through Zoom.
