Amount of users that have converted into paying subscribers.

A new subscription is a user that has now turned into a client. This is therefore added to your MRR estimation, as a new income. It also gives you an overview of how the evolution of your subscriptions was over the last period. You can choose the frequency you want to measure depending on the type of company and product. It’s often measured monthly to have the overall insight on the whole month. You can also compare this KPI with the Churn rate to see the positive and negative impact your actions are having on your clients. Of course, we want to have the highest active subscriptions while reducing as much as possible the churn rate.
