# Plecto

> Plecto is a performance management platform that turns sales and support data into real-time KPI dashboards, contests and coaching that motivate teams. It connects to the systems a team already uses (CRM, telephony, helpdesk, spreadsheets, or its own REST API), shows the KPIs on dashboards and reports, and motivates people with gamification (contests, leaderboards, achievements, notifications, reward store) and coaching tools (one-on-ones, quizzes, performance agreements).

Plecto runs in the browser at https://app.plecto.com, with mobile apps for iOS and Android and slideshows for office TVs. KPIs are built with formulas over data sources. Most pages on this site are also available in Danish, German, Spanish, Dutch, French, Swedish and Norwegian under a language prefix (for example /da/ or /de/).
